LGM launches Dealership Knowledge Base to better serve customers

LGM is proud to announce the launch of our new self-serve feature, the Dealership Knowledge Base. This feature is available to our partnered dealerships and repair facilities directly through our point of sale system, both within and outside our contact center’s business hours. Here our sales, service and accounting customers can get real-time answers to over 350 frequently asked questions.

The Dealership Knowledge Base enables quicker turnover times, accelerated responses to customers, reduced wait times on calls, and decreases the need to email our service team – providing our dealerships with more time to focus on their day to day mandate!

This enhanced self-serve functionality marks another positive step in providing greater service to our dealers, and we are excited to continue supporting them through these new opportunities. We look forward to taking more forward steps in the coming year!
