Our story.

For more than 25 years, we’ve been helping some of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers deliver an exceptional consumer experience through F&I.

In 1998 we launched LGM, an industry-leading F&I provider delivering protection products designed to help dealerships and automotive manufacturers generate loyalty and retention with consumers.

From the very beginning, our vision has been ‘responsible mobility for all’, by doing what is right for our consumers, partners, and our communities. From a humble beginning in our Vancouver head office, we attribute our success to this altruistic vision, which has enabled us to expand our footprint to now include offices in both Oakville and Montreal. It’s also helped us be recognized by Profitguide.com as one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in Canada eight times.

Today, LGM is partnered with more automotive brands than any other Canadian provider, distributing a full suite of comprehensive F&I products through more than 1,400 dealers across the country.

When I started LGM I wanted to create something that was about more than just profitability. Of course, financial sustainability is important for any business, but beyond that, I wanted to create a company that always did the right thing, even when nobody was looking.
