LGM launches comprehensive dealer consultation program

VANCOUVER, BC (May 23, 2019) – LGM Financial Services has announced the launch of Distinction, a dealer performance consultation strategy designed to optimize dealers’ overall business performance and enhance the consumer experience.

LGM’s national network of Distinction certified dealer development managers will work closely with Canadian automotive dealers to identify their unique needs and develop a tailored development plan for their entire store, largely focusing on the financial services office and individual employees.

As part of the Distinction performance formula, LGM will offer personalized training offered in various formats, including one-on-one coaching, comprehensive online training, and group sessions. By conveniently bringing the training to dealers, financial services managers are able to take relevant training on their schedule without having to leave the dealership. This flexible new offering also eliminates training delays for new hires and is customized for each employee.
