LGM Financial Services Receives Official Certification from the Office de la Langue Française, Reaffirming its Inclusivity and Commitment to Canada’s Bilingual Identity

Vancouver, December 15, 2025 – LGM Financial Services Inc. is pleased to share that it has been officially certified by the Office de la Langue Française. This achievement highlights the company’s ongoing dedication to inclusivity, accessibility, and outstanding service, as well as its broader support of Canada’s bilingual identity. 

The work completed to support Bill 96, Quebec’s French Language Charter that requires businesses to ensure French is accessible in the workplace and in communications, ensures that French-speaking customers, employees, and dealer partners can engage confidently and inclusively, while contributing to the preservation of Canada’s French Canadian heritage and culture. 

“While LGM already had strong bilingual practices in place, the team accelerated the francization process to ensure full compliance, going above and beyond expectations. The certification honors the team’s multi-year effort, marking the culmination of a deliberate, company-wide journey.” says Nathalie Abdallah, VP of Learning and Development. 

The journey to certification began in September 2021 with initial discussions, accelerated in April 2023 with full on-the-ground implementation, and culminated in certification in 2025. 

Official certification gives LGM’s French-speaking customers the assurance that their services continue to be delivered reliably and with confidence, while demonstrating industry leadership in bilingual service. 

Internally, employees are supported with tools and resources, including live auto-translation, to help uphold francization standards and reinforce an inclusive workplace where everyone can participate fully.

SDG 10 is a United Nations Sustainable Development Goal focused on reducing disparities, promoting social and economic inclusion, and ensuring equal opportunities for all. “Over the past several years, LGM has embedded these values into its operations and culture through inclusive policies, equitable access for employees and customers, and educational programs that break down systemic barriers. By ensuring employees, customers, and dealer partners can fully engage in French, LGM strengthens trust, confidence, and fairness across its network.” 

Looking ahead, LGM will continue to maintain and monitor francization compliance through SOPs, and annual audits. This certification reaffirms LGM’s dedication to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes equity and respect while delivering industry-leading bilingual service.
