Vancouver, BC (March 7, 2019) – LGM Financial Services was recognized for overall business performance and sustained growth with the prestigious Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation for the second consecutive year. The 2019 Best Managed program award winners are amongst the best-in-class of Canadian owned and managed companies demonstrating strategy, capability and commitment to achieve sustainable growth.

Now in its 26th year, Canada’s Best Managed Companies is one of the country’s leading business awards programs recognizing Canadian-owned and managed companies for innovative, world-class business practices. Every year, hundreds of entrepreneurial companies compete for this designation in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates the calibre of their management abilities and practices.

Since its inception in 1998, LGM’s growth and success has been driven by its commitment to service excellence, innovation and integrity. By continuously refining products and services through the lens of the customer, LGM has cemented its position as a leading provider of branded F&I products in the Canadian automotive industry.

“We’re honoured to be recognized for our excellence in innovation, business performance and leadership alongside some exceptional organizations,” says Adam Hill, founder and CEO, LGM Financial Services. “It’s our people that make LGM what it is today, and I’m proud of our ambitious leadership team for cultivating a culture committed to challenging the status quo and prioritizing the well-being of our amazing team.

This year’s Best Managed winners are a testament to the success found when businesses invest in talent, innovate intentionally, and think long-term,” said Peter Brown, Partner, Deloitte Private and Co-Leader, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. “These companies should be proud of this achievement, and their responsibility in acting as role models for other Canadian businesses.”

Applicants are evaluated by an independent judging panel comprised of representatives from program sponsors in addition to special guest judges. 2019 Best Managed companies share commonalities that include a clear strategy and vision, investment in capability and commitment to talent.

2019 winners of the Canada’s Best Managed Companies award will be honoured at the annual Canada’s Best Managed Companies gala in Toronto on April 17, 2019. On the same date, the Best Managed symposium will address leading-edge business issues that are key to the success of today’s business leaders.

The Best Managed program is sponsored by Deloitte Private, CIBC, Canadian Business, Smith School of Business, and TMX Group.
