LGM ADDS FOURTH DAY TO ELITE PERFORMANCE COURSE
After running its Elite Performance training course for F&I managers for more than two years, LGM has added an extra day to its intensive, three-day program.
The move to the “three + one” day structure, explains David Wilke, manager of national training at LGM Financial Services Inc., is to give people who participated in the initial course an opportunity to have an advanced session to further hone their skills.
“Our overarching philosophy is that training is a journey, not an event,” Wilke explains. “People will attend our three-day training and then have the chance to go back to their dealerships to apply the techniques they’ve learned and receive ongoing coaching, particularly on process and their current challenges. After about six months, the idea is to bring them back to the classroom for a refresher fourth day of training.”
