HYUNDAI MANAGER PLANS FOR FUTURE OF USED PROGRAMS
MARKHAM, Ontario — Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. appointed Joel Gregory as its new manager of remarketing and certified pre-owned toward the end of last year. Auto Remarketing Canada reached out to Gregory to see how he’s been settling in and what his plans are for both CPO and remarketing for Hyundai. Gregory has spent the last 25 years in the automotive industry, most of which he has spent working in vehicle remarketing. Starting back in the days before online auctions, Gregory says he has seen the industry’s technology grow quite a bit, later serving as part of the development team that pioneered the first live auto auction in North America.
“Hyundai launched its new H Promise CPO Program in November 2015,” Gregory said. “I’m looking forward to working with our external partner LGM and our internal departments of service and marketing to develop a solid marketing plan that not only resonates with consumers, but will also propel our brand image forward. The ultimate goal is to offer an industry leading CPO program that is meaningful to our Hyundai dealers and customers alike.”
