Our Story

In 1998 we began with one key objective, become a leading dealer development company in Canada. We identified the need for a company that could provide dealerships with exceptional customer service, training and support to maximize business office performance. By acknowledging areas where business office products traditionally became “a hassle” for the dealership, we focused on making selling business office products easy.

First we developed products that were win-win for all stakeholders including the consumer, dealer, underwriters and ourselves. Then we structured our claims process to be fair and fast, effectively taking the stress of warranty claims away from the consumers and service departments. Once we had a team of experienced and dedicated Dealer Development Managers, we developed ethical sales incentive programs that generously awarded everyone involved in the sales process. Finally, with rapid advancements in technology, we created a state-of-the-art Digital Resource Centre to streamline sales and remittance.

Today, nearly a decade and a half later, we are proud to supply quality products backed by leading training and support to over 1000 Canadian dealerships. Our dealer partnerships are complimented with the strong backing and support of our automotive manufacturing clients which include Volkswagen Canada, Audi Canada, BMW Canada, MINI Canada, Kia Canada and Mazda Canada.

Our Digital Resource Centre (DRC) allows for quick and accurate generation of product quotes, paperless e-contracting and remittance. We also have an array of online training and sales support tools through the DRC to assist our dealers in maximizing their effectiveness with our products.
