Volkswagen Canada

In October 2004, we partnered with VW Canada to create Volkswagen Protection Plus^® (VWPP) Mechanical Breakdown Protection; marking the start of a successful partnership. Leveraging the VWPP platform, Wear Protection and Loan Protection products were added to the product suite in May 2009. Most recently, the VWPP Anti-Theft program has been added to complete the full suite of Business Office products.

VWPP is the only extended service contract program officially endorsed and backed by Volkswagen Canada. By offering VWPP products on every sale, Volkswagen dealerships provide their customers with the best ownership experience possible while ensuring the reliability and dependability of their vehicle for years to come.

VWPP has been custom designed to suit the Canadian marketplace and crafted with features and benefits built for the Canadian driver. Supported nationally by our team of Dealer Development Managers in conjunction with a Customer Service team, VWPP is the ideal F&I product suite to increase Business Office revenues while maximizing customer satisfaction.

KIA Canada

Our partnership with Kia Canada has grown to provide sales and marketing support for a full suite of Business Office products. The partnership began with the launch of the Kia Extended Protection Plan, an extended warranty product for new and pre-owned Kia vehicles. Shortly after the initial launch the relationship expanded to include a Kia Certified Pre-owned^™ vehicle program. As of 2010, the Kia Extended Protection Plan transformed into to a full suite of Business Office products called Kia Protect^©.

Kia Protect^© is the only Business Office product suite to be officially endorsed and backed by Kia Canada. It consists of Mechanical Breakdown Protection, Wear Protection, Loan Protection and Anti-Theft products and is available to all authorized Kia Canada dealers. Kia Protect^© provides Kia dealerships with products specifically tailored to their brand ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for years to come.

BMW and MINI Partnership

We partnered with BMW Group Financial Services to be the exclusive distributor and sales support provider for their Tire and Rim Protection product. Designed specifically for BMW and MINI customers, Tire and Rim Protection offers peace of mind while on the road. The quick success of this program has created the demand for more LGM products. Recently added is the BMW and MINI Appearance Protection products; offering extensive coverage for the look and feel for customers’ vehicles.

Audi Canada

Following the market success of Volkswagen Protection Plus^®, we partnered with Audi Canada to be the distributor and sales support administrator for a full suite of Business Office products.
