Jeffrey Fallowfield - President
Jeffrey Fallowfield joined LGM in early 2011 as President, yet is no stranger to leadership positions. He is a Chartered Accountant by training and has a proven track record leveraging the unique combination of a financial foundation and deep operational experience, most recently within the auto finance industry. He has managed full P&L for a wide range of complex businesses with portfolios as large as $10 billion. With experience ranging from start-ups to business divestitures including the involvement in growth organizations and liquidation / workout scenarios, Jeff is recognized as a results-oriented business builder who drives profitability through an open, inclusive, team-based approach.
When he’s not dreaming of new ways to grow the business, Jeff can be found either playing golf or hockey, skiing or heading to the cottage on a Friday night. Please contact Jeff for strategic guidance on OEM partnerships, product ideas or related initiatives.
Brent Heath – VP of Sales – West
Brent joined LGM in 1998, initially travelling all of Canada for the first 6 years of his career before assuming his present position as the sales leader in the West Canada region. With over 30 years experience in the Automotive and Recreation industries, Brent has held many Sales, Business Manager, Sales Rep and Sales Management roles. Brent’s region has grown from five to eight territories with a ninth region scheduled to open for Alberta South in 2011.
Brent was born in Brandon, Manitoba and enjoys sailing, golf, yoga, music, entertaining, and travel. You can contact Brent for assistance with customer service, new business opportunities and customization of warranty programs.
Charlie Tye – VP of Sales – East
Charlie has over 20 years experience in the F&I business in all aspects including dealer development, sales, administration, brokerage, underwriting and reinsurance. As the VP of Sales East, he has a passion for delivering service excellence and taking / assisting dealers to the next level in business office success. Charlie takes pride in recruiting, training and developing the best DDMs in the industry to provide unique value added services and consulting to our dealers.

Robert Sevigny – VP of Sales – Quebec
Robert is a business executive with 18 years of experience specializing in leading development projects for all sizes of automotive-related companies. He also founded and operated his own remarketing business for five years. Robert is also a graduate of The Royal Military College where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration. Most recently, he obtained his MBA and will soon be accepted as a Chartered Management Accountant having successfully completed a three-year executive program.
Robert is passionate about the automotive market. He has spent 11 years of his career within the service, parts, body and F&I departments. Contact Robert (in either French or English) regarding business development opportunities in the Quebec market.
Diana Ricketts - VP, Strategic Partnerships
Diana has over 20 years of diverse experience in the automotive industry. She is resonsible for our OEM relationships and Enterprise accounts, ensuring we are servicing our customers to the highest standard and growing their business. With extensive experience in sales, marketing and operations, Diana is the type to roll up her sleeves and get the job done.
Diana prides herself on building strong teams and fostering long lasting, mutually beneficial business relationships. Diana enjoys keeping fit, music, entertaining and spending time with her young son. You can contact Diana for new business opportunities and customization of warranty programs.
Chris Featherstone – Customer Service Manager
With 10 years of customer service experience, Chris manages our industry leading customer service department. Chris’s friendly nature, dedication and professionalism has lead him to win our Service Excellence award for the last two years. As a volunteer for The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada, Chris helps to make wishes come true for children diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses.
Chris was born and bred in Montreal and is an avid fan of the Montreal Canadians. Outside of work, you will most likely find Chris on the golf course perfecting his swing. Chris can be contacted for all customer service enquiries and support.
