Our core values are backed by these tangible results:

  • In 2011 we raised in excess of $400,000  for worthy charities across Canada. This number is inclusive of each employee donating up to four volunteer days to give back in their community.
  • With a commitment to Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence we have been named on Great Place To Work® Institute Canada’s list of 75 best work places in Canada for the last three years.
  • During 2012 our company will undertake the process of becoming accredited with SCP (Service Capability & Performance) standards which will audit and provide guidance on industry best practices for customer service.
